Don't occupy Government flat on rent जी हाँ , यदि आपने भी कोई सरकारी अफसर को आवंटित फ्लैट रेंट पर लिया है, तो आपके लिए खतरे की घंटी बज सकती है , सावधान , यह कोई फेक न्यूज़ नहीं है, सरकार के नियम के अनुसार सरकारी मकान या अनसोल्ड लेफ्ट आउट मकान मे किरायेदार रखना अपराध है, यदि ऐसा होता है तो किरायेदार और सरकारी अधिकारी दोनों के खिलाफ क़ानूनी कार्यवाही की जा सकती है, ऐसा ही एक उदाहरण नॉएडा  मे देखा गया जिसमे नॉएडा प्राधिकरण ने ऐसे ऑफिसर्स और किरायेदारों पर क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करने का फैसला किया है, जिन्होंने सरकारी मकान या अनसोल्ड लेफ्ट आउट मकान रेंट पर लिया है या रेंट पर दिया है, इसमे ऑफिसर्स पर कार्यवाही और किरायेदारों पर FIR  भी की जाएगी, इसलिए सावधान , १ कोई भी मकान किराये पर लेने से पहले चेक करलें कि यह कहीं govt अलॉटेड प्रॉपर्टी तो नहीं है, २, रेंट अग्रीमेंट अवश्य लें। ३, कम से कम दो साक्षी यानि गवाह के भी सिग्नेचर भी करवाएं। ४, सरकारी प्रॉपर्टी के वारे मे आस पास से पता कर लें और यदि ऐसा हो तो तुरंत मकान खाली कर दें। ___________________________________
