If this is an independent building and you have lives in a floor, maybe owner lives in same house, first you can check this point.

2. Society charges :

Please unchecked this point if you are going to live in a gated society or multi stories apartment.

3.  Electricity Charges :

What's the electric charges, unit prices, fix charges, power backup charges.

4. Maintenance Charges :
Some society have charged this charges for Gym, Swimming pool  etc.

5. Pan Card :

Some body not gives pan card for HRA reductions, so kindly check this point.

6.  DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE OR ADJUSTABLE

Check this important point for your future.

7. Rental paying Date :
Witch date you will deposit the rental amount in owner account.

8. Conditions of electronic items
Check all equipment before possession. Check All A.M.C services.

9. DEPOSIT AMOUNT :
Deposit amount will be finalized before sign the rent agreement.

10. Crime Report :
 Please check the crime report of the your ideal locality, if you are not living in same locality, this is matter for your family security.
